Former MP and Deputy Minister Donates GHS 10,000 to Tarkwa United Ahead of WRFA Super Middle League

The donation comes as the club prepares for the upcoming Western Regional Football Association (WRFA) Super Middle League, set to commence in three days.The team visited Hon. Duker at his residence this morning after their training session to seek his advice, support, and blessings ahead of the tournament. During the meeting, Hon. Duker commended the players for their hard work and dedication and urged them to continue uplifting the image of Tarkwa Nsuaem through their performance.

"Your commitment on the field brings pride to our community," Hon. Duker remarked. "This contribution is a token of my unwavering support for the development of sports in Wassa Land, particularly Tarkwa Nsuaem."

The donation is the latest in a series of gestures by Hon. Duker to encourage the team as they approach their first Super Middle League match this Friday.Team captain Yaw Ofori received the donation on behalf of Tarkwa United, expressing heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Duker. "We are sincerely thankful for your support," Ofori stated. "We promise to give our all in the tournament and hope to present the trophy to you as a token of our appreciation."

The team's management, technical staff, and leaders of the supporters' group attended the presentation ceremony, all of whom expressed their appreciation for Hon. Duker's continued support.
